Some deep house and dub-tech recordings from various locations this week draw upon metaphors of silence and (unhurried) geology. All are used in order to advocate the charms of slow, silent, and collective activity; they are also used to counter a noisy maximalism outside.
Plotka and Waveform have released a couple of deep techno EPs this month. Despite their lack of textual framing, the recordings have a related worldview, one built visually and sonically

Plotka – The Moon above Us
Plotka – On the Hillsides
Plotka – Infinite Depth Of Sharpness
Plotka – Zero Fluctuations
Plotka – Volcanic Ashes
Plotka – The Roads Brought By Snow
